Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Commercial Estimator with expertise in accurately identifying, quantifying, and recording piping and equipment associated with various mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budgeting, unit pricing, pipe sizing, and general code compliance, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Review all bid documents and seek clarifications during the bid process to ensure an accurate bid is assembled.
  • Create detailed estimates with appropriate material, labor, and subcontractor selections, including alternates and unit pricing when required.
  • Survey potential projects to identify the best solutions for pricing.
