We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer with ventilation experience to join our maintenance team working at two University of Cambridge research and teaching facilities in Cambridge city centre working 40 hours per week from 07:30 to 16:00. Monday to Friday. This is a foot mobile role across the two buildings on the site. 

Key activities:

  • Reporting to the M&E Supervisor

  • To provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities

  • To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPIs
