**Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician I** **Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician I to perform basic routine tasks in preparation for electronic assembly line production. This position operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule, from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble units using visual aids, verbal and/or written instructions, and wiring lists.
+ Manually mask boards.
+ Prepare parts for assembly.
+ Kit parts using a bar code reader.
+ Operate simple equipment such as swage, wire prep, contact system, preset dies, and cut-off machines.
+ Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
+ Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and comprehend English verbal and/or written instructions and other documentation.
+ Knowledge of ESD, safety, and component identification.
