**Hiring Mechanical Assembler with pay starting at $20/hour and increasing at 90 days**
**Responsibilities :**
+ Interpret assembly drawings, elevation drawings, and work orders to accurately build electrical switchgear cabinets.
+ Assemble modular steel cabinets and copper bus assemblies according to specifications.
+ Gather required materials, hardware, and components for each build.
+ Use hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and measuring tools.
+ Operate power tools such as drills, impact tools, and pneumatic torque wrenches.
+ Read and use tape measures accurately.
+ Perform basic inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before completion.
+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures throughout the assembly process.
+ Work closely with fabrication, welding, wiring, and production teams to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
