Job Description

Nesco Resource is currently sourcing for a Mechanical Assembler for our client in Chesterfiled, MI.

Pay rate: $21.00 to $23.00 (based upon experience)

Shift: 1st Shift Mon thru Fri: 6:00am to 4:30pm (10 hour shift) or 6:00am to 2:30pm (8 hour shift, Sat 6:00am to 12:00 pm (when needed)

Overview:
Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization.

Daily Tasks:

  • Tagging parts going to outsource
  • Updating inventory levels as parts are pulled for jobs
  • Assembly of jobs due
  • Preparing finished parts/assembly's for shipment
  • Ordering fasteners/products as needed
  • Updating Excel project tracker as parts move through our system

  • 2-3 year's mechanical assembly experience may be required
