**What You’ll Do**
+ Assemble electro‑mechanical aircraft parts using hand & power tools
+ Read blueprints and schematics to complete builds accurately
+ Use rivet guns, drill presses, and fabrication tools
+ Measure and mark materials with precision
+ Assist with hydraulic work and wiring (training provided)
+ Follow assembly procedures and quality standards
+ Maintain a clean, safe workspace
**What You Bring**
+ 6+ months mechanical assembly or fabrication experience
+ Tape‑measure accuracy (3+ months)
+ 1+ year using power tools
+ Ability to read blueprints/schematics
