**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will receive a blueprint or work instruction and be required to construct components of machines. Your work will involve handling metal and plastic parts at your own workstation. Unlike traditional assembly line roles, this position focuses on individual components, which could take from 30 minutes to several hours to complete. Upon completion, the assembled parts are passed on to electrical assemblers for wiring, continuing the process.
**Essential Skills**
Experience with assembly and blueprint interpretation.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as power drills, allen keys, screwdrivers, hammers, and wire strippers.
Capability to lift up to 30 lbs, with repetitive lifting of 10-15 lbs.
There are both straight day and straight afternoon shifts available.
