This 2nd shift Mechanical Assembler role focuses on building solar panel power boxes and switchboards in the AC, DC, and wire departments. You will work in a clean, quiet manufacturing facility, assembling products by hand using basic tools and following detailed prints. The position emphasizes teamwork, cross-training between wire and DC teams, and on-the-job learning for individuals with basic or entry-level assembly experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble solar panel power boxes and switchboards using hand tools, air power tools, and torque wrenches.
+ Work within the AC, DC, and wire departments, with the goal of becoming cross-trained across multiple areas.
+ Review daily job setups, including panel boxes, switchboards, wire, and related components prepared on shelves for assembly.
