Prepare and follow maintenance schedules for CNC turning machines.

Conduct routine inspections to identify early signs of wear, vibration issues, or misalignments.

Replace worn-out parts like belts, bearings, guideways, and coolant filters.

Monitor and analyze vibration, temperature, and spindle conditions.

Diagnose root causes of machine failures quickly and accurately.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
