Role Overview

Otis is seeking an Installation Mechanic to install and inspect elevator and escalator units in Mexico. The role focuses on safe installation, quality assurance, and customer liaison on site.

Responsibilities
  • Install new elevator and escalator units with high quality and efficiency.
  • Work safely in accordance with all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Liaise directly with the customer on site to build a good working relationship.
  • Work overnight or as required to complete installation tasks.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of elevator equipment and ability to apply elevator engineering principles to installation.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the elevator field, preferably in assembly or on‑site installation.
