Building Operator – JLL

As a Building Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the facilities of a thermal power plant located at a high-tech microelectronics manufacturing site. In this role, you will directly contribute to the reliability of installations, energy efficiency, operational safety, occupant comfort, and the achievement of JLL's operational objectives.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain heating, cooling, compressed air, and demineralized water systems.
• Conduct inspection rounds and detect anomalies in facility operations.
• Respond to alarms and breakdowns, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Document interventions, maintenance activities, and operational readings.
