As a Meat Cutter at Ucluelet Co-op, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized service to our valued members. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, store, and prepare meats, fish, and seafood, using knives and equipment to cut, fillet, and trim products for sale.
  • Ensure compliance with co-op and government food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
  • Maintain stock rotation (FIFO) and complete all required logs and charts (., grinder and temperature logs).
