Meat Clerk - Full Time

Position:

What you’ll do:
- Ensure the quality and freshness of products by checking dates and removing substandard products
- Prepare product in keeping with department standards
- Perform special tasks as assigned
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Adhere to proper sanitization and cleaning procedures
- Follow health and workplace safety standards

What we are looking for:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative, excellent work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to adapt quickly to new situations/priorities, as well as new and changing processes

Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a standard Commissary Department environment with exposure to below normal temperatures and participation in meetings.
