Position: MEAN Stack Lead Developer


Experience: 8+Years

Type: Full Time – Tekshiras

Work Mode: Remote

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM


  • We are also seeking a Lead Developer to support technical coordination across the team.


This is a hands-on role (still coding), focused on:

  • Breaking down epics into technical tasks
  • Enforcing architectural standards
  • Supporting Angular modernization efforts
  • Ensuring consistency in backend, ORM, validation, and integration implementations
  • Conducting code reviews
  • Mentoring developers


The Lead will support the existing architectural direction (not redefine it). Strong experience in the following is important:
