In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders while enhancing customer usability of our software. Key skills include training delivery, configuration, and a robust understanding of MealSuite products to confidently guide users through implementation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver user training based on customer needs
• Collaborate with teams for project training and transitions
• Communicate account configuration and manage customer relationships
• Troubleshoot workflow issues for new and existing customers
• Champion MealSuite products and gather feedback for improvement
