M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic project team deliveringplex building services and infrastructure works. The successful candidate will take responsibility for themercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Manage themercial aspects of M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account settlement.

Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract packages and supplier agreements.

Administer subcontractor payments, variations, claims and contractual correspondence.

Monitor project costs and identify risks and opportunities to maximise project performance.

Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment and cost reports.

Manage change control procedures and ensure accurate record keeping.
