M&E MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Overall project management and point of communication between stakeholders such as client, architect and consultants.
• Work closely with client, architect, consultants and M&E subcontractors to meet the project timelines and requirements.
• Provide technical advice to ensure installation is in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements and contract obligations.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan.
• Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Create M&E master schedule and identify critical paths and authority inspections.
• Record and manage project issues and elevate where necessary.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Provide status reports to the Management.
• Manage project within the defined budget.
• Liaises with, and updates the project progress for the Management.
• Participate in the tender exercise. <...
