In this role you will lead the end-to-end MAIT process for launcher programs, delivering a shopfloor-ready, time- and cost- optimized manufacturing and assembly solution. You will work within a multi‑discipline team to define products, processes and industrial means, ensuring alignment with project requirements and business standards. You tackle technical challenges, drive schedule adherence, and manage changes to keep quality and cost targets. You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders to shape industrialization and supplier strategies, delivering robust build processes. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a mission‑driven aerospace environment.
