Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team of M&E Coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
- Attend project meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and contractors
- Coordinate closely with the project team members on construction activities, including site logistic, building management, and submissions to relevant authorities
- Liaise with the M&E sub Contractors on co-ordination and installation, testing and commissioning
- Monitor site progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain quality standards
- Support project documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, and as-built drawings
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry
- Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD
