Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
Responsible for the GSN-T manufacturing engineering process to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, cost and production stability. Provide technical leadership in quality improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to reduce defects and enhance process capability.Lead the implementation of new products to series production in order to support the company’s future GSN product Strategy.
+ 1.Process Management & OptimizationLead the development, change, and optimization of manufacturing process to meet quality, cost, delivery, safety, and productivity targets.Responsible for the process documents, including process flow charts, PFMEA, work instructions, ECR and other related reports. Evaluate the process capability and ensure key processes meet required capability targets.
