M&E Director Mexico — Data-Driven Impact Leader

Partners of the Americas in Mexico is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Director to lead MEL activities for the USDOL-funded project. You will design and manage MEL plans, ensure high-quality data collection and reporting, and support evidence-based decision making across the program lifecycle.

Collaborate with the Project Director, staff, partners, and USDOL counterparts to keep monitoring systems robust, compliant, and learning-focused, with a strong emphasis on capacity building and
