Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate M&E design works with architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.
- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and BIM models to ensure coordination, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct design coordination meetings and monitor the resolution of technical and coordination issues.
- Perform BIM clash detection and coordinate model updates using Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals submitted by subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements, including BCA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA, and SP Group.
- Coordinate authority submissions and assist in obtaining statutory approvals where required.
