- Manage and supervise the installation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, quality standards, and budget requirements.
- Plan and coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and relevant departments.
- Lead and support bidding processes, technical proposal preparation, and cost estimation.
- Prepare BOQ, estimate costs, and provide advice during pre-bid and execution stages.
- Establish and maintain relationships to enhance business opportunities with key industry stakeholders such as consultants, designers, project owners, and suppliers.
- Participate in business development activities by leveraging personal and professional networks to identify new project leads and strategic partnerships.
