M&E Asset Engineer
Midlands
£25 – £30 per hour – temporary contract


Our client is a large facilities management provider, that are seeking an M&E Asset Engineer to join them on a contract basis. You must hold a basic DBS check for this position and have access to your own vehicle (mileage paid).


Main duties/requirements:

  • Able to travel to sites in Leicester, Oxford and Swindon. 

  • Complete M&E Asset surveys, including a condition status, in an SGF 20 framework. 

  • Oversee and manage the reactive lifecycle process.

  • Maintaining and updating various databases (must be computer literate)

  • Complete dilapidation reports.

  • Liaise with on site engineers to gain understanding of the systems and maintenance in place and where lifecycle is required....
