In this vital leadership role, you'll oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments from scheduling through final submission to both the MDS analysis vendor and CMS. You'll collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, serve as a trusted clinical resource, and provide education and guidance on the RAI process and documentation requirements.
