MDM Operations Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the data management sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and maintenance of our Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform, ensuring customer golden records are processed accurately, operational workflows run reliably, and data quality issues are identified and resolved quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Profisee jobs, matching/merging processes, exception queues, and data ingestion workflows.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, exceptions, and load failures; elevate technical issues to the MDM Engineer as needed.
• Track and triage operational incidents, ensuring timely root‑cause analysis and remediation.
