Key responsibilities and tasks: The MDM Tech Lead are responsible for helping their colleagues with the technical aspects of their jobs, such as coding and understanding technical requirements. A Technical Lead is responsible for managing technical aspects of our development flow in a specific context or team and enables them to work with quality.


Tasks:


  • Standup (lead daily technical scrums)
  • Sprint lead – sprint breakdown, Jira board maintenance, support in sprint planning
  • Technical code review - main owner
  • Create release packages – main owner, create release packages and Release Sequence Notes
  • Deployment of Releases – main owner
  • Support MDM Test Lead
  • Actively participate in the development of projects.
  • Guide colleagues through technical issues and challenges
  • Actively assist in recruitment through technical exam evaluations and interviews.
