Key Responsibilities:
• Manage document scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks
• Maintain inventory levels for stationeries and supplies
• Serve as an office messenger within and outside the premises
• Sort and distribute departmental mail as required
• Assist clerical staff in organizing and collating paperwork
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or similar qualifications
• 1-3 years relevant clerical experience
