Job Summary

As the Maintenance Supervisor (MT) you will plan, organize, and lead day-to-day activities of one or more departmental or functional activities. You will be responsible for implementing training requirements and monitoring employee performance. Establish production standards, monitor compliance, and recommend operational improvements. Assist the manager in accomplishing short- and long-term goals for the department or function. Initial training for this position and onboarding will occur in Jacksonville, FL, with follow-on USMC Contractor Replenishment Cell (CRC) training for ultimate placement in Subic Bay, Philippines.
