Summary:
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Location: McPherson, KS
  • Shift: :am to :pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime may be available or required as per business needs.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components according to blueprints, routers, work orders, checklists, and specifications.
  • Build, assemble, and test parts and finished goods to meet quality standards in a timely fashion.
  • Accurately complete assembly checklists.
  • Monitor stock bins in work area and report stock needs to Shop Floor Lead(s).
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
