The successful Engineering and Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of maintenance and utilities at the Coaldale complex. Reporting directly to the Plant Managers, you will direct mechanical processes and manage operational expansions. Leveraging your engineering expertise, you will implement Lean Manufacturing practices while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop mechanical processes for operations
• Manage departmental budgets and staffing for new hires
• Oversee safety practices and compliance with standards
• Interface with engineers to define project scopes
• Manage capital projects to meet deadlines and budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Professional Engineering License required
