Take on a key role as the Terminal Facility Manager at McAsphalt in Acheson, Alberta. Oversee asphalt manufacturing, ensure compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.
This full-time position requires a strategic leader with experience in terminal operations and manufacturing processes. You will manage daily operations, coordinate schedules, and enforce safety protocols while maintaining quality standards in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the loading and unloading of asphalt products
• Monitor production schedules and inventory management
• Implement maintenance programs for facility reliability
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental practices
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless material movement
Requirements:
• Technical degree/diploma; Power Engineering certification is preferred
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar environment
• Proven track record in managing production and inventory
