- 1st year as Assistant to a senior Doctor at leading German Hospital for training and on the job evaluation of medical skils. The hands-on training will be on latest medical equipment.
- After 1st year, depending on satisfactory performance, promoted to the position of Doctor
- 10% salary increment performance based every year
- Germany has the cheapest boarding and lodging across Europe.
