**Your role and responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Leadership
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Maximo/MAS implementations, upgrades, and transformations
* Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (IT, Operations, Asset Management leaders)
* Own solution quality, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction
* Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
* Mentor junior consultants and guide delivery teams across workstreams

Solution Architecture & Design
* Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Maximo architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid)
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration standards, and governance
* Provide thought leadership on MAS capabilities (Manage, Monitor, Health, Predict, etc.)
