Shift: 4: 30 AM-2:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $23.56 an hour
**Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will assemble and operate high‑speed equipment to support safe and efficient production in our Hagerstown, MD facility. You will work onsite in an hourly,** **nonclassified** **role focused on mixing, batching, staging changeover parts, and supporting machine operations to keep production running smoothly.**
**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**
+ Operate and assemble high‑speed equipment, including Kitter, Mixer, Freezer, and Bagger machines.
+ Assist Operators with clearing jams, stacking off, climbing for assessments, loading materials, checking code dates, and troubleshooting machine faults.
+ Record required production and quality information in CDC.
+ Follow all Quality Assurance standards and maintainWinSPCcomputerized weight‑control requirements.
