Job Title: Maths Teacher – Secondary School Aberdare
Location: Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales
Salary: £173.00 per day (DOE)


Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a classroom of learners across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Sixth Form.

  • Prepare and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.

  • Plan schemes of work and resources to support lesson delivery.

  • Mark student work and provide constructive feedback.

  • Organise and participate in parents’ evenings and school events.

  • Maintain classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support school initiatives and student progress.

  • Utilise PPA time weekly for planning and preparation.
