Job Description
Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, annual leave, and other payroll-related information on a daily basis.
Use Microsoft Excel to accurately manage payroll data and produce reports, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
Respond to and resolve employee swipe/timekeeping queries by liaising with managers.
Prepare and maintain weekly headcount reports every Tuesday and Friday.
Manage agency staffing administration, including liaising with recruitment agencies, updating tracking spreadsheets, and approving agency hours through the Indeed platform on a daily basis.
Process and update overtime requests every Wednesday and as required by managers.
Cross-check payroll spreadsheets against Timegate records to ensure payroll accuracy before processing
Complete monthly archiving and scanning of payroll and administrative documentation, ensuring records are maintained in line ...
