Job Description

  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, annual leave, and other payroll-related information on a daily basis.

  • Use Microsoft Excel to accurately manage payroll data and produce reports, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

  • Respond to and resolve employee swipe/timekeeping queries by liaising with managers.

  • Prepare and maintain weekly headcount reports every Tuesday and Friday.

  • Manage agency staffing administration, including liaising with recruitment agencies, updating tracking spreadsheets, and approving agency hours through the Indeed platform on a daily basis.

  • Process and update overtime requests every Wednesday and as required by managers.

  • Cross-check payroll spreadsheets against Timegate records to ensure payroll accuracy before processing
