Materials Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Materials Specialist to join our Procurement Execution Center. In this role you will support Category Managers, PBU Buyers, and Plant buyers by ensuring process standardization, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will execute core material management activities, assist with procurement tasks, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain smooth material flow and compliance across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Work with ERP systems to run reports and monitor dashboard performance.
• Ensure 100% availability of assigned dashboards by proactively troubleshooting and resolving data issues.
• Participate in global teams to align SAP best practices across business units.
• Update MOQ, UOM, and payment terms in material master and PIR records to support continuous improvement.
