Materials Planner Specialist

You will work with Operations Teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the product development and manufacturing process. As a Material Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the end-to-end material management, planning, procurement, inventory control, material flow optimization and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to understand demand, share forecasts, track supplier readiness, and report.
• Monitor supplier lead times and ensure order coverage based on demand.
• Review supplier IO plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve operational issues for PO coverage, invoicing, and master data.
• Track and report key metrics such as material availability and on-time delivery.
• Support NPI efforts by ensuring material alignment, timelines and production ramps.
