Materials Manager

**Your Job**:
As a **Materials Manager**, your primary role will be to ensure proper execution in production planning and purchasing areas by implementing strategies, providing coaching, and acting as an escalation point. You will oversee on-time material arrival, MRP exception messages execution, develop metrics, and regularly provide feedback to the team.
**Our Team**:
You will work within the **GSP (Global Shared Plants)** team in our Guadalajara plant, reporting to the Site Material Manager. You will supervise the production planning and purchasing functions, regularly interacting with a variety of internal and external contacts including production supervisors, program managers, warehouse teams, and customers.
