Job Summary

A certified DPWH/BRS Materials Engineer I or II who is responsible for preparation of Quality and Test Plan for all Construction Materials required by the project.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • With at least 10 years of experience in the same field.
  • Certified DPWH/BRS Materials Engineer II.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update the Quality Control Testing Plan for the whole duration of the project.
  • Review plans and specification and make recommendations for the selection of materials based on design intent and project specification.
  • Conducts surveillance audit testing procedure, process and implementation.
  • Review & monitor the calibration of all precision tools and equipment.
