Materials Buyer (Steel, Direct & Indirect)
We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented Materials Buyer to join our team at our Apodaca plant. The primary objective of this role is to manage the full lifecycle of direct materials (raw materials/steel) and indirect materials (MRO/services), ensuring timely and efficient supply. Additionally, this position will be key in providing strategic and commercial support to our Houston, USA operations, fostering synergy across our global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & Supply Managemen t: Execute, confirm, and diligently track direct and indirect purchase orders from placement through delivery to the warehouse.
- Bilateral Sourcin g: Conduct RFQs and quotes for production-related requirements (raw materials, components) and non-production needs (MRO, services, and capital assets)
