Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operation of Spares Parts Business; Customer Service, Inventory Management, Warehouse and Distribution.
  • Liaise with Customers, RSPC (Regional Spare Parts Center), HQ (Head Quarter) and Logistics Service Provider.
  • Provides assistance to internal and external customers on their requests, queries & other Spare Parts Business-related concerns.
  • Generate & submit essential reports for both internal & external parties.
  • Monitors the Logistics Service Provider’s compliance in Daily Inbound & Outbound Clearing and resolve any irregularities or discrepancy issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular Inventory Stocktaking and Warehouse Inspections. Review and analyze the results enable to ensure that the required inventory accuracy level and warehouse specifications are met.
