Job Description:
Oversee the daily operation of Spares Parts Business; Customer Service, Inventory Management, Warehouse and Distribution.
Liaise with Customers, RSPC (Regional Spare Parts Center), HQ (Head Quarter) and Logistics Service Provider.
Provides assistance to internal and external customers on their requests, queries & other Spare Parts Business-related concerns.
Generate & submit essential reports for both internal & external parties.
Monitors the Logistics Service Provider's compliance in Daily Inbound & Outbound Clearing and resolve any irregularities or discrepancy issues that may arise.
Conduct regular Inventory Stocktaking and Warehouse Inspections. Review and analyze the results enable to ensure that the required inventory accuracy level and warehouse specifications are met.
Assist in evaluation of the Logistics Service Provider's Monthly Performance.
Participate on the Internal & External Control Audits.
