Materials Admin Handler

Job Description:

• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks of consigned materials.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records within the ERP/WMS system.
• Track and document the movement of consigned materials from receipt to usage or return.
• Analyze inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.

Subcontractor Management:

• Manage subcontractors' operations regarding any related materials concerns.
• Monitor the status of consigned inventory to ensure availability, prevent shortages and losses.
• Ensure that all material movements comply with the terms of the consignment agreement or standard operation procedures.

Data & System Integrity:

• Update and maintain the accuracy of the inventory database.
• Ensure prompt and accurate data entry into the customer's & internal inventory management systems.
