Job Description

The Material and Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating ordering, scheduling, delivery and material management for construction / maintenance projects. Identify shortages and special material requirements to eliminate project delays. This role prepares required documentation to track cost, discrepancies, and special needs.

You will perform support to verify, analyze and reconcile materials and major equipment to account for quantities, cost and equipment identification. This role may be assigned various administrative level duties in support of the office

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Working knowledge of construction practices/standards/specifications, APS accounting and inventory principles, procedures/systems as well as knowledge of EMAN, MLIS, MAXIMO, Power Plant and MS Office products.
