Job Description

To lead the selection and optimization of materials for capacitor production, balancing high-performance electrical specifications with cost-efficiency. This role is responsible for identifying alternative materials and refining chemical/physical structures to drive down manufacturing costs without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dielectric Analysis: Evaluate dielectric materials (Ceramics, Polymer Films, Electrolytes, Mica) based on permittivity, dielectric strength and loss tangent.
  • Electrode Engineering: Optimize composition and morphology of conductive plates/metallized layers to minimize ESR.
  • Encapsulation & Packaging: Research potting compounds to improve moisture resistance and thermal dissipation of finished components.
  • Electrostatic Analysis: Calculate capacitance and model electric field distribution within various geometries.
