Job Description

Responsibities:
  • Perform JIT material planning, scheduling and executing of raw materials resources
  • Monitor safety level for critical production materials
  • Execute PR and monitor delivery status to ensure on-time delivery
  • Liasie closely internal business units to improve work processes on inventory utilisation, material substitution etc
  • Work and coordinate with different departments, suppliers and 3rd party to smoothen manufacturing processes, industrial standards etc
  • Involve in implementation and updating of ongoing projects, including but not limited to ERP and ISO, BOM code, work instructions
  • Compilation of import quantities, values, stock depletion, including reports i.e. aging, inventory, material requisition progress etc
  • Involve in weekly SCM/ Planning meetings
