Material Planner

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Material Planner to join the JCB Transmissions team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the consistent and efficient flow of materials into our transmission manufacturing operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and a global supplier base, you’ll help support production schedules in a fast‑paced, high‑quality engineering environment. This role requires strong planning capability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

What does this role involve day to day?

• Managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) from an international supply base, aligned to transmission production schedules and engineering changes
• Ensuring continuity of supply for all components required for transmission assembly and manufacturing
