Material Planner

The Material Planner is directly responsible for ensuring the Customer Service Technician has a stock of needed parts and components for service appointments supporting customers. Additionally, the Material Planner will ensure the Carrollton Warehouse maintains an accurate inventory, operating within cost restraints and supplier’s lead time.  The Material Planner will process incoming parts and supplies orders from field, partners, and customers within an assigned geographical region. 

•       Process incoming parts and supply orders for field, partners, and customers. Review, schedule, and revise shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customer requirements.

•       Verifies system perpetual inventory reports against physical count of inventory, research issues, and correct variances.
